My journey started in competitive sport, representing South Africa through judo and MMA, where I learned early on that strength isn't just something you build in training — it's something that carries into every part of your life. It gives you confidence, capability, and the freedom to move through life feeling strong and in control, especially as you get older.
Over the past 10+ years, I've worked across martial arts, group fitness, and CrossFit, coaching people at every stage — from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
Today, my focus is on helping people build strength that lasts. KJ Fitness is about helping you put yourself first and feel like the best version of yourself.
My approach combines functional strength training, movement quality, consistency and long-term progression. The goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and keep improving over time.
